Summary
As an intern at Bountiful City I collected research for a short term rental amendment proposal and business license application process. I reviewed applicable state laws to guide the parameters of the proposal. Then I researched neighboring communities to create a benchmark for what was being done in the region. Using this information and other supplement best practice guidelines gathered from organizations such as the American Planning Association I draft a code amendment proposal.
